We are the Bicoastal Chefs: West Coast and East Coast. We are two friends living on opposites of the country with a passion for food.
We don’t only love eating and cooking, we love creating. We found that most cookbooks out there can teach you to cook a recipe or learn a cuisine, but they don’t help you create. And without creating, you can’t be a chef.
So that’s what we set out to try. What is the recipe development process? How can we create our own dishes?
